The Illustrated Guide to Apple’s Lawsuit Against HTC

Gizmodo have put together a comprehensive pictorial blog post showing exactly what Apple is suing HTC over.

Wow, it covers so much of what has become standard smartphone behaviour. No doubt HTC will fire back aggressively, but if Apple triumphs over HTC, I wonder who they will go after next!? Some of these patents are so general like ‘Object-oriented operating system’. WTF!

We all know the US patent system is flawed. Cases like this really show how it needs to be tightened up. Whether they win or lose, this will seriously eat up a LOT of HTC’s time and money.
